April is Financial Literacy Month and The DC Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB) is hosting a Legacy Wealth Forum and Resource Fair to inspire and educate district residents on building generational wealth in the nation's capital. Join on Monday April 24th from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm for panel discussions, a keynote address plus dozens of organizations who will be onsite sharing an array of resources and useful information for growing, sustaining and maintaining wealth in the nation’s capital. 
The event is hosted by the esteemed members of the DC Financial Literacy Council chaired by Jeffrey Banks as well as other industry and organizational leaders who will share the many resources available to DC residents on the wealth building journey. Panel discussions will include Access to Capital, Homeownership and Beyond, Invesment, Transferring Wealth and Credit.
