Its waterside gallery in Smallwood State Park provides a welcoming, supportive place for artists to learn from each other and share their creative talents with the public, The evening's live entertainment will be provided by "Unfinished Business," a popular 60s rock and roll band that also plays ballads and high-energy hits from the 50s, 70s, and 80s.
