“The Friday Table” Wine Dinner Series: Waldorf Astoria Washington DC x Lost Mountain Vinyard
In honor of Virginia Wine Month, Waldorf Astoria Washington DC debuts its brand-new Friday Table Wine Dinner Series at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 3. This intimate evening in the hotel’s new Tasting Salon seats just ten guests for a multi-course menu from Executive Chef Grant Carnes, paired with exceptional vintages from Lost Mountain Vineyards, one of Virginia’s most celebrated boutique wineries. Highlights include briny sea urchin with bright mango and rich Wagyu short rib with whiskey demi-glace, perfectly paired with the vineyard’s standout selections.
The upcoming events in the series will feature Early Mountain Vineyard on November 7 and Walsh Family Wine on December 5.
