Retailers and restaurants will showcase cherry blossom-inspired merchandise and food offerings, with samples available for visitors. 20 local artists will create live cherry blossom-themed chalk art, including a contest for community participants. In addition, the Virginia LOVE letters sign provides a perfect photo opportunity and decorations; the main entrance will bloom with decorations for the City in Bloom initiative. Families can enjoy live music from local artists, and kid- friendly activities such as face painting and glitter tattoos....
