For over 34 years, Attorney and Mediator Patti Philipse has focused exclusively on negotiating and mediating out-of-court divorce, custody, and support settlements.
In this program, Patti:
Provides practical information on how to establish a separation and process a divorce.
Describes and compares different methods of reaching an out-of-court settlement using mediation, negotiation and/or collaboration techniques.
Offers strategies that will allow you to effectively prepare for your settlement discussions.
Provides tips and recommendations to keep your settlement discussions productive and efficient.
Focus is on Virginia law. Workshop will provide a good overview of the divorce process.
