About the Presenter Mitra Gholam started Alira Consulting, an executive and leadership consulting firm, in February 2023 to help others reach their career and business goals and objectives. She is a licensed Executive and Leadership Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in London, UK and has a global certification through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Additionally, she provides consulting services for individuals and companies looking to solve business problems. Mitra’s work experience includes over 20 years of working with small business owners with annual revenues over $5 million dollars and as a business manager with a Fortune 1000 Company. Her professional exposure spans across industries and an international client base. She enjoys helping Executives and medium sized business owners solve their business problems. Additional professional work experience has been in Human Resources, Accounting, Budget and Finance, Business Management and Operations, Change Management, Strategy and Sales and Marketing. All proceeds go towards The Women's Center and its programs.
