Your location has been changed to Washington DC area.
You've been the Chief Holiday Officer for years. No title, no staff, no budget. It's time to hand off the job.
Join us for a fun, hands-on evening training AI to take over the mental load of the season: the calendars, the travel, the hosting, the cards, the gifts, and everything else living in your head. Bring your laptop and your to-do list, and you'll leave with real plans in hand.
Who should come: Anyone who carries the holidays for their household. Parents, caregivers, hosts, the person who always remembers the teacher gifts. No AI experience needed. We'll start where you are.
What happens: You'll work on your own real holiday list, with hands on the keyboard the whole time. We'll walk you through setting up AI to plan meals, sort travel, track gifts and budgets, draft cards and messages, and build a calendar you can actually stick to. Then stay and toast your retirement.
When: Thursday, November 19, 2026, 6:00 to 8:30 PM ET
Where: The Loop Coworking, 1010 N Fairfax St, Alexandria, VA 22314
Cost: $45. Light refreshments included.
What to bring: A laptop and a ChatGPT or Claude account. Free accounts are fine.
Hosted by Co-Learning Labs, led by Julie Kelleher (LIKEAMOTHER.AI) and Dr. Elizabeth Hoover (RiddleWise), two Alexandria moms who spent their careers in education and technology. Co-Learning Labs runs small-group, hands-on AI workshops for families and communities.
