An Interactive Performance of Early American Music Performed by David and Ginger Hildebrand


Mark your calendars!  The St. Andrew the Apostle Concert Series welcomes renowned Early American musical performers and educators David and Ginger Hildebrand in a free interactive concert:

🎈Location:  St. Andrew the Apostle, 6720 Union Mill Road, Clifton, VA

Immerse yourself in the world of early American music with David and Ginger Hildebrand.  With a passion for preserving and sharing the musical traditions of our past, they'll showcase their talent on period instruments such as the harpsichord, hammered dulcimer, violin, and Spanish and English guitars. Learn about the instruments, the history, and the diverse musical traditions that shaped early America.

Stick around after the concert for a post-concert reception.  Mingle with friends, share your thoughts about the performance, and meet the artists!

About the artists: Ginger Hildebrand: M.M. in guitar performance from the Peabody Conservatory, also performs with "Trio Galilei." David Hildebrand: Musicology faculty at the Peabody Conservatory, co-author of "Musical Maryland," and a fellow at Mount Vernon's National Library for the study of George Washington.
