Heart to Heart - Empowering Heart Health for All
Attend this free family event that includes a panel of experts - a cardiologist, emergency room nurses and a pharmacist. They will discuss heart health issues that impact the whole family as well has prevention measures for heart disease, with engaging audience interaction. The event includes hands-on CPR demos and children's activities. We hope you will jump in for a little Zumba fun for the whole family! Participants will also have access to resources for healthy eating and accessing primary care physicians.
