Revolutionary Arlington
Over the next few years, Arlington and our whole country will be commemorating and celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary. Kevin Vincent will set the stage for the role that the area now known as Arlington County played during the Revolution. At that time, the 26 square miles had less than 2000 people, including the enslaved and the indentured. In fact, what is now Arlington was then part of Fairfax County and would soon become part of Washington, D.C. This event is free and open to the public and you can attend via Zoom or in-person.
