Transformative Sobriety Stories at RCA Capital Region’s Annual Memorial Day Speaker Jam
Recovery Centers of America (RCA) Capital Regions invites the local community to its Memorial Day Speaker Jam on Saturday, May 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The family-friendly event will take place onsite at RCA Capital Region (11100 Billingsley Road, Waldorf, MD 20602) and welcomes guests of all ages.
Now in its fourth year, the Memorial Day Speaker Jam is a celebration of recovery featuring an afternoon filled with inspiring speakers, lively entertainment, and delicious food. This year’s special guest speakers include Cliff Johnson, a husband, father and alum of RCA Capital Region with two years in recovery, and Elijah Maassen, alumni coordinator of RCA at Bracebridge Hall with 10+ years in recovery.

Additionally, there is an opportunity for community organizations/exhibitors that support health, wellness, and recovery for individuals and families to join RCA. There are also spots for vendors that sell recovery-inspired items.
