The Macallan Pairing Dinner at The Snug
Join us for an evening of quiet opulence and sensory artistry at Quadrant Bar & Lounge. Located within the prestigious Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C., we invite you to step inside "The Snug with The Macallan"—our newly unveiled private sanctuary dedicated to the world’s finest single malts.
Limited to just 15 guests, this intimate gathering features a bespoke four-course dinner curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef and Co-owner, Enrique Limardo. Chef Limardo has crafted a culinary journey designed to pair seamlessly with a prestigious assortment of The Macallan expressions.
The Whisky
The highlight of the evening is the showcasing of "The Harmony Collection: Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea." Steeped in tradition, this rare expression celebrates the synergies between The Macallan and JING Tea. Throughout the distinct pairings, we will explore a narrative that unites heritage and artistry—from the sherry journey of Jerez symbolized by the Andalusian horse to the ceremonial tea pet that tells The Macallan’s story.
The Space
Surrounded by handcrafted Lalique crystal decanters and rare collectible expressions, guests will dine inside "The Snug." Unveiled in October 2025, this discreet retreat redefines the whisky experience, blending intimacy with the rich history of The Macallan.
