Prince William County Procurement Expo 2024
Attend the First Annual Procurement Expo on June 13, at the Sean T. Connaughton Plaza. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with county departments and local resources at this expo-style event. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers, increase competition, and transparency.
Vendors will have the opportunity to:
· Learn each department’s mission, the goods and services typically procured, and contractual spend plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
· Participate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions with County departments to discuss upcoming needs and what the department looks for in a contractor business partner. Pre-registration is required for matchmaking.
· Attend panel discussions on Information Technology Procurement; and Construction and Architectural Engineering Procurement.
