The Omni Shoreham Hotel has partnered with the DC’s finest, VIDA Fitness, to offer water aerobics classes in the resort-like outdoor heated pool. Exercising in water is not only aerobic, it’s also beneficial strength-training given water resistance. Plus, it’s simply refreshing and great fun. Classes will be led by AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructors with up-tempo music and great energy.
