Vernon Avenue in the heart of the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria. Art on the Avenue features over 350 local and regional artists, four stages of live music, food, a pie baking contest, free children's craft activities, artist demonstrations, and more. The event, named the top arts festival in Northern Virginia by Virginia Living readers, is free and open to all; free trolley transportation will be provided from the Potomac Yard and Braddock Road Metro stations and free bike valet service is available at the Truist parking lot, at the intersection of Mt. Vernon and Hume Avenues. For more information...
