Costume contest hosted by PuppyLuv. We’ll have art stations to create Halloween-themed masterpieces, including treat bags and doggy bandanas. And, for all the good boys and girls, vendors PuppyLuv, South Block, Pet Wants, and Rossana will offer a special trick or treating session just for dogs!
