LUNCH & LEARN: Moving & Downsizing Seniors
JK Moving Services and Positive Aging Community are partnering to host their 3rd annual Real-Life Stories about Moving & Downsizing—Senior Living Communities and Resources Event, a free panel discussion and lunch open to consumers and professionals. Other partners include Loudoun Senior Interest Network (LSIN) and the Northern Virginia Senior Resource Network (NVSRN). The interactive event will highlight people and families who have made moves and explore the challenges they encountered and solutions that made the process easier. In addition, the event will feature a variety of senior-serving professionals to share their advice, including helpful moving and packing tips. JK Moving Services and the Positive Aging Community have significant experience in serving seniors. The event will bring experts together from many vantage points to share and learn from each other as well as provide a tour of JK’s training facilities.
