Inova is building a new Franconia-Springfield Hospital in southern Fairfax County. The project includes:
• Inpatient Hospital: Six Stories, 420,000 sq.-ft.
• Central Utility Plant: Four Floors, 27,000 sq.-ft.
• Outpatient Center: Five Stories, 134,000 sq.-ft.
• Parking Garage: Seven Stories, 330,000 sq.-ft., 1,047 Spaces
Inova and DPR hope to garner interest from local residents in working on this exciting construction project that will improve the health and wellness of the community for generations to come.
