Ring in the New Year with Hiraya!

On New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2023, Hiraya Cafe & Restaurant DC will host two dinner experiences — a five-course tasting menu starting at 5pm and a seven-course tasting menu starting at 7:15pm — to kick off the New Year.
The event offers guests a special preview of Hiraya’s new upstairs restaurant set to open January 20, 2024. Guests can enjoy either a five-course dinner menu from 5pm-6:30pm is priced at $95 and includes optional beverage pairings available for an additional $55 per person.
The seven-course dinner menu from 7:15pm-11pm is priced at $150 and includes a champagne toast at midnight to cheers to the New Year. Optional beverage pairings are available for an additional $55 per person.
Highlights of dinner include A5 Wagyu Bistek, Nata De Coco featuring squid, squid ink, and tobiko, Sarong Sugpo featuring prawns, and pomelo in a calamansi vinaigrette, and a decadent Mont Blanc to top it all off. Desserts will be provided by legendary pastry chef Pichet Ong.
