The event was founded by a collective of the DMV’s top female news anchors across every network to raise awareness for breast cancer. Tickets for this year’s event will benefit Step Sisters, an organization based in Northern Virginia that raises funds to alleviate the personal and financial difficulties that come with the disease. Over the years, this event has left an indelible mark on the community, donating over $425,000 to breast cancer charities across the region. Tickets are $150, and a limited number of Mammogram Maven tickets are available for $300, which include a gift bag and recognition on the NewsBash Donor Wall. Proceeds will support the Step Sisters' efforts to provide quality-of-life and crisis support services to breast cancer patients in the DMV area. Pink Patron tickets will give you access to an amazing night supporting a great cause with the most newsworthy women in town.
