WICA 2025-2026 Debutante Program
Be a 2026 Women in Community Action (WICA) Debutante. To Junior and Senior High School Girls: You are invited to the Debutante Ball Kickoff meeting on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Ashland Clubhouse, 1559 Fincastle Drive, Manassas, VA. At this meeting, information about being a 2026 debutante will be presented and discussed with you and your parents. So come out and learn how to be a part of a beautiful experience that will last you for the rest of your life. This fundraising program includes educational, social, cultural, and civic awareness activities to help you transition from high school to post-secondary education and your future career. This unique program will culminate with a formal Debutante Ball,
