Join us for an evening of mindfulness and connection. The evening begins with a guided meditation, followed by a potluck and conversation. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re an experienced meditator or simply curious to explore meditation in a relaxed, supportive setting.
The meditation will be led by Susan Bernhardt, a certified Yoga Therapist and holistic health practitioner with over a decade of experience teaching meditation, yoga philosophy, and other healing arts.
There are a few chairs and bolsters available; you’re welcome to bring your own meditation cushion.
There’s no charge to attend—just bring a dish to share. Tea will be provided.
