On Saturday, December 5, join Sarah Lascano, founder of RayZen Energy and creator of The Lascano MethodTM, for Healing Breakthrough Live, a one-day, interactive wellness experience in Herndon, Virginia.
Through live demonstrations, guided experiences and practical teaching, Sarah will introduce a different way of understanding the body's responses and explore how stress, emotions and past experiences may influence how we feel and function.
This isn't a traditional wellness seminar.
You'll see The Lascano MethodTM in action as Sarah works live with volunteers, demonstrating how she interprets body signals and explores hidden patterns that may be influencing their responses. You'll also participate in guided practices designed to help you connect with your own body and discover ways to take a more active role in your health.

With two degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering, more than a decade of experience working with people facing complex health challenges, and nearly 6,000 client sessions, Sarah brings a systems-based perspective to energy medicine.
Her approach considers the body as an interconnected system, exploring patterns that may be overlooked when attention is focused on individual symptoms.
The Lascano MethodTM is designed to complement, not replace, conventional and integrative medical care.
