Led by Alesia Za Gara, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) known for her inclusive, accessible classes, these sessions are for every body—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to themmat. Alesia specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, creating a welcoming space for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Her classes emphasize thoughtful modifications,breathwork, and self-awareness, helping you connect deeply with your body and breath
After a 45-minute yoga practice, you’ll head into the kitchen with Cookology’s incredible chefs, who make cooking approachable, fun, and interactive. Together, you’ll create seasonal dishes that reflect the energy of the season—think vibrant salads, fresh flatbreads, and cozy fall soups. Every menu includes vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, and each session wraps up with a cocktail or mocktail to toast your experience.
