This one-hour self-reflective journaling workshop encourages self-exploration and creative thinking and includes: benefits of journaling and the science behind it, methods, guided journaling exercises, reflection, and optional sharing. Attendees walk away with an easy-to-follow framework for their own journaling practice and creative projects.
