Sentara Mobile Health Clinic
The Sentara Family Health Connection Mobile Clinic is providing essential healthcare services to residents of eastern Prince William and north Stafford County. Applicants are required to present a valid ID, proof of residence, and one month's worth of income documentation, including tax records, pay stubs, and three months of bank statements. The mobile clinic offers a range of services, including primary care, acute and chronic care, family planning, preventative health screenings, medication access programs, and specialty care coordination. To be eligible for these services, individuals must be uninsured, meet specific income criteria, and live within the designated areas. Income limits for 2023 vary based on household size, ranging from $43,740 for a single-person household to $136,260 for a household of eight. Interested residents can visit the CASA location at 2359 Research Ct., Woodbridge, VA 22192, and either walk in or schedule an appointment by calling 571–421–2211 or 571-570-4076. A CASA Health Navigator will be available to assist with the application process and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
