Concert - A Tribute to Dingwall Fleary
Maestro Fleary was the founding music director of The McLean Symphony and long-time music director of the Reston Community Orchestra who passed way, unexpectedly at the end of 2022. He was beloved in the community and we look to honor is over 52 years of service to the community, bringing classical music at affordable prices for all to enjoy.
Sadly, Maestro Fleary passed away suddenly on New Year’s Eve, 2022, mid-way through leading both orchestras’ concert season. He was renowned throughout the DC area for his skills as a conductor, pianist, harpsichordist, organist, teacher, clinician, and adjudicator for musical competitions at all levels.
Help us honor his incredible legacy as we share memories and music.
