The “Beautiful Woman Inside and Out” (BWIO) conference is designed to educate, empower and equip women to live their BEST lives. Our objective is to address the “whole” woman and provide the necessary information in a culturally relevant manner that allows women to make informed choices about their health/wellness with a focus on both their inner (health/wellness) and outer beauty (physical attributes). At BWIO we approach “beauty” outside of the typical stereotypes and want to assure that women are healthy mentally and physically; we dispel myths, and give useful/practical advice from all of our experts. We believe that women should be their very best on the inside and out! Join us at the Bethesda Marriott Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland and experience our inviting beautiful decor, attention to detail and great care of our registrants from the time they enter until the time we leave. Our goal is to provide a true "over the top" empowering and uplifting experience to women of all ages, ethnicities/races, demographics, professions and stages of life. You will be in awe of the days that we have planned for you and our lineup of speakers/experts led by the nationally acclaimed "Dr. Sharon" (Sharon Allison Ottey, MD). Dr. Sharon is often called the "Oprah of the East" as she loves to shower women with gifts, push them to be our best selves, breaks down health/wellness as only she can and just has fun! The main conference is on Saturday April 22, 2023 but we have added "extras" that begin early on Friday! Women will want to arrive early for special treats that kick off our conference! Come alone or in a group; stay at our host hotel or drive/commute in--it is up to you. Our registration levels are personalized to meet the needs of our attendees which are women and teens (14-18).
