Warrior Yomp 2025

Whether you're a seasoned trekker or just looking to push your limits for a great cause, this is your chance to walk in solidarity with veterans, raise awareness, and support meaningful initiatives. Expect camaraderie, grit, and a shared sense of purpose, all under the banner of Allied Forces Foundation. Prepare to test your limits at the AFF Warrior Yomp, an intense 50-mile trek to be completed within 24 hours. The challenge will take place from November 8th at 7am to November 9th 7am starting and finishing at Belle Haven Park, near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The scenic route follows the Potomac River through Virginia, though North West DC and Georgetown, as well as the C&O Canal Trail in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Participants will tackle three key stages, with distances of 25 miles, 36 miles, and the full 50-mile course. Medals are awarded based on the stage completed: Bronze for 25 miles, Silver for 36 miles, and Gold for 50 miles. Registration will take place on Friday, November 7th at the Military Women’s Memorial in Arlington. The event kicks off at 0700 on Saturday, November 8th at 7am, and participants have 24 hours to complete their trek, returning to Belle Haven by Sunday, November 8th. Throughout the route, there will be checkpoints staffed with support teams providing care, food, and water.
