Virginia Housing is offering a free, two-part homebuyer education course designed to guide first-time buyers through every step of the process. From understanding credit to budgeting for closing costs, this class equips you with the knowledge you need to move forward with confidence.

The role of the lender & loan options
Working with a real estate agent
Home inspections & closing
Responsibilities of homeownership
