DIG One Loudoun Grand Opening Event
DIG, a fast-casual restaurant serving seasonal, scratch-cooked comfort food, is celebrating the grand opening of its first location in Virginia at One Loudoun in Ashburn with a fundraiser for Loudoun Hunger Relief on Friday, Sept. 13.
New York-based DIG, with more than 30 locations throughout the Northeast, is known for chef-prepared, seasonal dishes and its mission to elevate home cooking.
DIG’s first Virginia restaurant is 2,400 square feet and offers indoor and outdoor seating. It will serve DIG menu staples such as the Kale Caesar Salad, Charred Chicken and Classic DIG, which includes brown rice, charred broccoli with lemon, roasted sweet potatoes and charred chicken served with garlic aioli. In addition, DIG offers a variety of plates, salads, sides, seasonal dishes and desserts.
“Our Ashburn opening is a pivotal moment marking our entrance into Virginia and is an opportunity to introduce more people to DIG’s scratch-cooked meals,” said DIG Chef Dalisa Campbell. “We want to immerse ourselves in the local community and partnering with Loudoun Hunger Relief is a wonderful opportunity to do just that as we settle into Ashburn.”

On grand opening day, 100% of all walk-in purchases will be donated to Loudoun Hunger Relief, a nonprofit whose mission is to feed the hungry in Loudoun County. A ribbon-cutting will take place at 11 a.m. and the first 100 customers will receive exclusive DIG tote bags, a can of Culture Pop and more.
