Alexandria Virginia Housing Homebuying Seminar
Are you thinking about buying a home, but not sure where to start, or if you're ready financially? Virginia Housing's free First-time Homebuyer Class can help. You'll learn the entire homebuying process from start to finish, and how to stay on track as a responsible homeowner.
The seminar will go over:
1) Budgeting
2) Credit and credit scores
3) Financing Side of Buying a Home
4) Working with a Realtor
5) The Home Inspection Process
6) The Day of Closing

10:00am to 4:30pm
Participants who attend the entire seminar will receive a certificate of completion, which can be used to cover the homebuyer education requirement of Virginia Housing and other first time homebuyer programs.
