Autism ID Event
Join us for a special Autism ID Printing Event proudly sponsored by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the Town of Dumfries. This event is designed to provide individuals on the autism spectrum and their families the opportunity to obtain a DMV-issued Autism Identification Card in a supportive and understanding environment. The Autism ID Card is a voluntary resource that can help individuals communicate their needs in various scenarios including with first responders, or members of the public. During this event, DMV staff will be on-site to assist with the application process and print Autism IDs on the spot.
