Join us for BirthCare’s Mama Meetup, a free monthly postpartum mommy group created to support, connect, and uplift mothers in every stage after birth. Whether you’re newly postpartum or a few years into your journey, this space is for you.
This is a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can have real conversations, share experiences, ask questions, and build meaningful connections with other moms who understand.
What to Expect:
-A warm, judgment-free space
-Open conversations and shared experiences
-Light guided discussions and support from BirthCare staff
-Opportunities to connect with other moms in your community
-Little ones are always welcome
Bring your baby or toddler along. No need to find childcare. Come as you are.
