RASL is a local recreational adult (18 or over) outdoor flag football league that has been around for nearly a decade in Rockville, MD.
We offer COED, MEN and WOMEN divisions throughout the year in a league format with an organized rulebook and officials.
It's a great chance for people to come out and enjoy the fall weather while playing flag football, burning some calories and making new friends!
Our 2021 Fall Season starts right after Labor Day and will end before or around Thanksgiving!
Our season includes 8 regular season games (usually an hour long to play per game) and guaranteed playoffs. We also stream select games on Facebook LIVE so your friends and family can watch live or replay at a later time.
Of course, women are SO important to our COED brand that we would love to encourage women to come out and try it!
