• What's included: Nutritional evaluation; including assessment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies
• Length of appointment: About an hour and a half

During each nutritional consultation, we will discuss and review forms, labs, and your concerns to create a bio-individualized nutritional plan suited just for you! We will use functional clinical assessments that involve palpating pressure points, applied kinesiology, and our nutritional assessment questionnaire to identify imbalances throughout the body.
