The trained doula educates and assists with the adjustment after birth. Whether you need assistance with newborn care, lactation support, bonding with the baby or even just a nap and some self-care, Medicine of Essence provides a full compassionate approach. The goal is to provide each family with the type of postpartum support that is uniquely for them.
