Chef's Table Experience: Bourbon Heritage Month Dinner - 9/27 - Chesapeake

**THIS CLASS IS PRICED PER COUPLE** We have saved the best bourbons from some great distilleries in Virginia and Kentucky for this event! This is a 2 - 2.5 hour demonstration style class designed for those who want the cooking class experience while not actually cooking. This type of class will allow you to enjoy dinner and a show! Join us at 6 PM for light hors d'oeuvres with Chef Mary beginning the four-course dinner demonstration once all guests have arrived. She will show you how to prepare each course while teaching you about the ingredients and techniques used. This dinner will be paired with limited release bourbons that are very hard to get and in the running for the best bourbons of the year. Now you get to be the judge and decide which of these heavy hitters is your favorite! Participants will learn about each of the distilleries featured and why the selected product is arguably their best offering. Diners will receive a recipe packet to take home to try out the recipes and techniques learned. There will also be opportunities to purchase samples of other very rare bourbons that may be considered the best of the best including Van Winkle Reserve Lot B 12YR, George T Stagg, Blanton’s Gold, Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Old Fitzgerald and Michter’s 10YR Single Barrel just to name few.
