14th Annual Sunsets on the River at the Hermitage Museum & Gardens
The Hermitage Museum and Gardens is thrilled to announce the return of Norfolk’s beloved summer tradition, Sunsets on the River. Now in its 14th year, this iconic backyard concert series promises unforgettable nights for music enthusiasts of all ages.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the river, Sunsets on the River invites guests to unwind and enjoy an eclectic lineup of live music spanning various genres. From Interactive Top 40 to Country/Americana, R&B, Swing, Psychedelic Rock, and Rockabilly, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Gates will open at 5:30 PM, with the musical festivities kicking off at 6:00 PM. Attendees can sip on refreshing craft beer and wine from the bar while indulging in eats and treats from a diverse rotation of local food trucks. In addition to the live show, beginning May 24, 2024, guests will have the opportunity to explore the Hermitage Museum and Gardens' summer exhibition, "An American Abroad: Florence Sloane in Europe, 1920s-1930s," providing a cultural escape into the adventures of the museum’s trailblazing founder.
Concert admission is available exclusively at the gate, with special privileges for Hermitage Museum & Gardens members. Members and children under 10 years enter for free, while non-members can join the fun for just $15.
