Festivities run from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and include food trucks, music, nature & cultural exhibits, bounce house, wagon rides, scavenger hunt, kids crafts, live animals from OBX Lizard Land, Aurora Fossil Museum, Moonshine and Motorsports displays, and much more! A FREE 5K Fun Run/Walk on the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail (NC) starts at 9 a.m. No registration is required, but a waiver must be signed before the race. This family friendly event welcomes strollers and allows participants to walk/run at their own pace. Participants will receive a special giveaway from the Dismal Swamp State Park.
