In this concert program, classically trained guitarist Vladimir Fridman blends instrumental music and songs of different countries with his own compositions. Music localities range from European to Near East and Latin America, by composers from J. S. Bach to Antonio Carlos Jobim. This performance includes various musical styles ranging from Classical to Jazz.
Vladimir Fridman is a musician with the ability to move flawlessly through classic, jazz, traditional music of different countries with improvisational spirit, soul, and true virtuosity. Vladimir became widely known in the musical community of the Greater Washington area. He frequently performs as a member of Music Pilgrim Trio and Transatlantic Duo, solo and with leading musicians.
