Bring your friends, neighbors & family to this FREE community event on Sat., July 19th! Try the Y free and enjoy $0 joining fee all day - that's a $60 savings!
This family-friendly event will be packed with exciting activities and signature programs designed to inspire healthy kids, strong families, as we splash into summer! The event is FREE and open to the public!
ALL DAY ACTIVITIES: 10 am - 2 pm

GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Group Core | 9:00 a.m.
- Defend Together | 9:00 a.m.
- Strength Train | 9:30 a.m.
- Family Stretch | 10:00 a.m.
- Centergy | 10:30 a.m.
- Zumba | 10:30 a.m.
- Conditioning | 11:45 a.m.
- Faith and Fitness | 11:45 a.m.
- Yoga | 12:45 p.m.
(classes are one hour long)
