Pie Social with Common Tart
Bring your best homemade creation or a favorite bakery find—whether it’s a flaky fruit pie, a rich custard, or a savory surprise. With every guest contributing a pie, there will be endless flavors to enjoy. No pie, no entry – so bring something delicious!
6pm: Check-in Begins
6-7:30pm: Ongoing picnicking & fun activities
6:20pm: Welcome Remarks and Pie Cutting Commences
7:30pm: Social Concludes
7:30-9:00pm: Wander Villa Philbrook*, Gallery Admission is included
*no food or drink permitted in galleries

Free with $5 After 5pm General Admission for Adults & Youth (3-17)

Food:
Bring your own pie!
There will be beverages available for purchase on-site.
No outside alcohol permitted.
Seating:
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. There will be limited picnic table seating available. For traditional picnic seating, please bring your own picnic blanket. Blanket and chairs are not provided.
Weather:
We can’t predict the weather, but we can be prepared! If you plan to bring a blanket to sit on, consider bringing a tarp or other water-resistant material along in case the ground is damp. In case of rain or other inclement weather, the picnic may be cancelled.
