Get ready for a blast from the past with the 20th Annual 80's Prom! Known as one of the biggest 80s-themed parties in the country, this event at the legendary Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa has become a must-attend occasion for fans of the iconic decade.
The 80's Prom began 20 years ago as a small gathering of enthusiasts and has grown in popularity ever since. Now, well over 1,000 people come together to celebrate the unforgettable 80's at Cain's Ballroom.
What to Expect:
At the 80's Prom, guests show up in extravagant 80's costumes, inspired by pop icons, characters, bands, and anything else that defined the era. Some guests keep it simple with flashy 80's prom attire, while others go all-out with group costumes or even arrive in replica vehicles from the decade. The best costumes will be showcased on stage just before midnight, with the audience helping to choose the King & Queen of the 20th Annual 80's Prom.
DJs from across the state will keep the party going with an all-80's soundtrack featuring pop, club hits, new wave, hair bands, hip hop, and more. The music will pause occasionally for entertaining stage acts.
Stage acts are a crowd favorite, with models, actors, and 80's enthusiasts from around the city coming together to perform re-enactments from popular films, choreographed dances, an 80's fashion show, and more. All this takes place under the glow of RetroVision, a giant video screen showcasing remixed cartoons, commercials, and visuals from the era.
