Spring is here! Flowers are starting to bloom, the weather's warming up and that means you have countless options for fun things to do in Philly!

Whether you love outdoor festivals, sporting events or visiting historical landmarks, there's something for everyone in this diverse, vibrant city.

Here's a rundown of some of Philly's best offerings for the season:

Phillies Home Opener - What better way to enjoy the warm weather than being on hand to cheer on the Phillies at their home opener, April 6th, at Citizens Bank Park. The Phillies are full of promise, having made it to the World Series last year. Don't miss it!  Details here.

Independence Hall - This historic landmark is where both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were signed. Take a guided tour of the building and get a refresher on our country's history.

Take a stroll through Rittenhouse Square - This public park in the heart of the city is a popular spot for picnics, people-watching, and outdoor concerts. Visitors can also browse the boutiques and restaurants that surround the square.

Explore the Philadelphia Museum of Art - One of the largest art museums in the country, the Philadelphia Museum of Art is home to over 240,000 works of art. Visitors can admire everything from ancient artifacts to modern masterpieces, as well as getting a pic with the famous Rocky statue as you make your way up those iconic steps to the building.

Visit the Reading Terminal Market - This bustling indoor market is a food lover's paradise, with over 80 vendors selling everything from artisanal          cheeses to freshly baked bread. Visitors can also sample local specialties like Philly cheesesteaks and soft pretzels.

Longwood Gardens- Known for its stunning displays, Longwood Gardens is a must-see for nature lovers. Visitors can explore the expansive gardens, fountains, and conservatories, taking in everything from exotic orchids to towering trees.

Visit the Philadelphia Zoo - Located in Fairmount Park, the Philly Zoo is home to over 1,300 animals, including rare and endangered species. Visitors can explore  the zoo's many exhibits and attractions, such as Big Cat Falls and the McNeil Avian Center, which features over 100 bird species.

If you’re visiting Philly to celebrate a college graduation, or if you're about to graduate, be sure to check out The Philly Grad Crawl, happening Saturday, April 22nd. This will be a daylong celebration of our newest graduates, taking place across the city and featuring many of the city's favorites bars. Come out to celebrate the achievement of this next generation! Get all the details here.

And if festivals are your thing, the Delaware Spring Fest is just 30 minutes outside Philly. Shake off the winter blues at Bellefonte Brewing Co. Brandywine, for a day of music, delicious food, local artisan vendors, craft beer, and spirit sampling!  You can get the details here.
