Explore the geologic history of this small but rugged mountain range while we appreciate the diverse and unique flora and fauna of the Sonoran Desert upland. In addition to the natural history, we’ll talk about the areas rich and varied human history. This is a moderately challenging hike with some elevation gain and rocky terrain. Trekking poles are recommended and confidence on varied terrain is a must. Bring your lunch and Plenty of water. Cost: $5 fee.
