Teen Improv One-Day Day Camp at Unscrewed Theater
Open to students in grades 9-12, this class will explore the basic elements of improv, which are also covered in our Improv Basics class for adults. These core elements include agreement, listening, teamwork, and making honest and organic choices.
We will then progress to the introduction of various improv games and scene work that encourages values such as building trust, improving communication skills, character development, and the selflessness of making your scene partner look good.
Presented in a safe and encouraging environment, surrounded by experienced, patient, and FUNNY instructors, your kids will have the chance to bring out their inner goofball. Plus, it’s going to be So. Much. Fun!
There will be an evening Showcase where family and friends can see what we’ve learned.
