We are hosting a panel discussion centered around the Arizona Corporation Commission, often termed the 4th Branch of Arizona’s Constitutional Order. Because of the panel format, we are extending the event time from our standard 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. Please Register in Advance for this Event! We will discuss the role of the Commission under our Constitution and laws, the current direction of the Commission under Republican control, an evaluation of the 2022 election, and the possible future work of the Commission if given a Democratic majority.
