Yogic Cosmos - A Unique Yoga Practice
In this workshop we will practice a series of asanas designed to align with & unlock the energy of the planets within our inner solar system, preparing both the physical and subtle bodies for an extended savasana with a guided meditation in which you will journey through the cosmos to release & recycle old, negative energy & emotional baggage at the known edge of the universe. Led by Maevyn Frey
