When was the last time you felt fully relaxed, yet fully awake? Embark on a guided meditation and journey inside of your physical and subtle bodies. In this workshop, you will learn to harness the power of conscious relaxation through Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep. You will be lying down throughout the practice and guided through a series of mindful breathing, visualization, and body scan relaxation techniques. Beautiful live music will accompany your experience and close with a full sound bath of crystal bowls, hand pan, and other instruments from around the world. Join certified instructor Lydia McDowell and musician Logan Hallay for a deeply nurturing and restorative immersive experience. Dress for comfort and warmth.
